Maintenance Supervisor Kyle Lancaster is a hard worker and every leasing office should have one. He is knowledgeable in maintaining properties, tenant and vendor relations, and scheduling all contractors that are needed for our Residential and Commercial tenants.

Sales Agents

Being a boutique Real Estate Office in DFW Texas, we do not have many sales agents. But we welcome new talent to join our team!

Keylee Adams works Sales and Leasing for all Residential properties. She has 8 years of experience in Texas Real Estate and is continuing her education and expanding her business to include Commercial leasing. She is a mom of 2 girls, who love coming to appointments if her clients allow it. But mostly she loves to help her clients get into the right house for them, whatever their needs.

No one appreciates real estate investment more than our founder, Tim Lancaster. From Land and Houses to Office buildings and Industrial properties, Tim knows and loves it all.

That connection with buildings and the love of sharing his joy with others lead him away from medicine and into the real estate market.
